One of the problems is that the BOD refuses to let the shareholders know who the financial institutuion is utilising IME services. All as we hear is confidientiality, NDA etc. etc. DEBB

Or could it be a bad debt from a company that is in trouble and a insider has knowledge?

Somebody is. That's one very distressed seller who has been mugged at 15p for 10,000 shares or someone acting illegally by manipulating the share price with a very small sell for an unknown purpose? Weird.

As I mentioned in my blog post IME has possibly the most illiquid shares on the entire market? Someone sold just 15,000 at 18.25p when the bid is still indicating 20p.

Works both ways of course. That's why with illiquid micro-caps I tend to buy and hold with a long view because they can easily double or half in value in hours, and the spreads are often significant. Each to their own though.

It's just hugely illiquid. Very small trades move it up and down disproportionately.

Although they have issued more share options and warrants at prices that are higher than current market levels, it is not something I like. Would it not be better for profit targets to be set and a yearly bonus being paid should those targets be reached or exceeded, subject to the share price reflect the increase in profit targets being reached, after a set period of time following the results being announced - this would then encourage those in receipt of the rewards to buy the stock in the market.

Much improved performance here with EBITDA positive, good cash generation and positive outlook for the reminder of the year. Virtually debt free.

I think the interims could be net profit and revenue close to £4 million plus. the hsbc deal must have been worth a lot

I thought we might see a little more selling first thing this morning before the next leg up - it seems there has just been the one seller that bought in yesterday hoping for a quick buck that has jumped ship. shows how tightly these are held.
