3 directors and one individual investor holds 70% of the shares
4174000 shares left for all other investors


Problem with this share is the MM don't play bull when buying no shares available and when you do sell you find MM will only take small amounts and the drop can be fast.

But you can make a very good profit with good timing

Yep doesn't take much for them to climb.
They went up last time on my 4 buys.
Free float is about 4 million share max

Mid price if you want to sell, and pay a premium to quoted offer for anything over 500 shares !!!!

I can see you doing well here.
I have certainly done well twice over the last few months.
Keep your eyes on a similar company different market
7digital.
Two label contracts coming out very soon plus the company has received a contract with their partner with several radio stations for the whole of Canada,not yet mentioned but on news wire from canada
You will see volumes building over the next week or so.

My feelings are they will be a target for a takeover at market value of £8 million

Not long to wait until we find out who the new UK retailer deal "...which commences next month."

I really liked the following:-

Well that's as good an outlook as your ever going to see, exciting times for the company and a fantastic uptake by subway. The offering was so successful it's now mandatory in uk stores

The bolt on acquisition has a 1st class list of clients.

Several other contracts under negotiation.

Scotty, As an AIM company Immedia has to publish its Interim results within three months of the half year end. Thus they must publish by Friday 30 September. Last year they published on 23 September but perhaps they delayed this year to get the contract announcement out first.

Not today it seems but they will no doubt be back once either results are released or news of new clients or the retailer in questions name is released.

The recent acquisition adds quite some scale to the business, if they can leverage this then I see some good results and upgrades in the future.

This is how they described it in the 19th Aug RNS...

"Immedia is also at an advanced stage of product and service development with a major UK retailer and an announcement of a substantive deal is expected in the near future."

Tesco is on their site as a logo on brands but know notification on what work they have done with them.
This may be the retail contract and would work with customer as well as staff engagement

They will give details in due course once client confidentiality is lifted, tesco was banded around previously.
