Issue of shares and total voting rights

During August 2019 the Company issued 12,559 new Ordinary shares of 10p each from its block listing authority of 19 October 2018, 32,688 new Ordinary shares of 10p each from its block listing authority of 23 April 2019, 83,683 new Ordinary shares of 10p each from its block listing authority of 16 July 2019 and 59,618 new Ordinary shares of 10p each from its block listing authority of 2 August 2019 (together the "Share Issue"). Following the Share Issue the Company has the ability to issue a further 74,000 shares under its block listing facility of 19 October 2018, 93,381 under its block listing facility of 23 April 2019 and 97,882 under its block listing facility of 2 August 2019. All shares available under the block listing facility of 16 July 2019 have been issued.

The Company's enlarged issued share capital comprises 74,199,397 ordinary shares. The Company holds zero shares in treasury. Therefore, when calculating voting rights, shareholders should use the figure of 74,199,397 as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
