IMI announces that on 21 October 2024 it purchased through J.P. Morgan Securities plc the following number of its ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 1,799.1455 pence per share:

The Company holds 13,648,836 ordinary shares in treasury and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 256,069,831.
