Net of these liabilities the Company is expected to have a free cash balance of approximately £1.0 million on Completion after receipt of the initial consideration. It is anticipated that the cash to be received by the Company will be used to acquire another business(es) which the directors believe will deliver greater returns for investors. |

Interesting to see mm's push this up now as they been preventing buys and putting off new investors by their artificial huge spreadAnytime you see a tight spread its a good sign |
Posted at 05/12/2018 22:12 by stark industries Not only do we have these 5 new contracts of late but we have also out sourced the task of hunting for business to a U.S based marketing agency which has already achieved an impressive 220 hot leads from Sept to Nov end....and that job was previously done by staff members, who are no longer working for IMTK. That results in an immediate saving of wages for those staff.Wow!! One can then by the law of averages expect at a min of 10 new clients to come on board...and that is being very conservative as we all know it can be a great deal more :) They are keeping up with the game by adding value on current and future technology trends...ESP: Artificial Intelligence and Machine 2 Machine and their trials have already been a success as well as their solutions that were called upon by major U.S hospitals. And now the recent raise for £250k and we have a statement along with it:- to provide additional working capital in relation to increasing new business activity and to strengthen the Company's balance sheet. This all tells me : - IMTK is a very different company moving forward. It's thinking the right way and has done a lot of house keeping these past six months and I believe the new CEO has actually found acres of diamonds in his own back yard. His knowledge and experience allows him to contribute significantly and use to his advantage the ACE of the company he is navigating The existing High Profile Customer base. The growing list of big heavy hitters and Fortune 500 companies allows Angus to exploit the companies maximum potential. With under 93 Million shares and a growing list of clients = Money coming in the business... My thoughts are that this company can run itself and work lean and get involved in other projects and be in profit under 12 months. The next 6 months will be exciting, as this company has a good habit of always updating the market and it's investors of new business, contracts and partnerships etc! The share is also getting known and gaining popularity with the investor community and it has come back from the dead. A true case of a company turnaround / The rising of the Phoenix I am really confident that the demand will outstrip the supply of the shares in a big way.....Why ? Each news flow will bring about the usual sellers and the new buyers that help take it to the next level. We have a big gap to fill and the patient (6 month window) will imo be rewarded many multi folds. Perfect recipe for a perfect brew on the AIM market.. Ingredients: Low Mcap Low No of shares Super News sensitive Skin in the game Seasoned management team Assets / Intellectual property Fortune 500 paying customers Interested parties sniffing around trying to get in bed with IMTK Expansion plan to spread it's wings in growing the business.... Etc!! Etc!! All for 1.5p and under 1 million Mcap all I can see is an easy 10p written on the share price under 6 months GLA |

The first 1 million purchase of this morning was mine. 1 x 500k 2 x 250k I'm making this snappy and I understand not all will believe me so I have no issue with that. I visited the Tern offices yesterday afternoon and was welcomed with open arms I will not be saying anything on this board or any other regarding my meeting as I believe if you have invested here you need to do your own research and make an effort to getting the information you need. Well I left more than satisfied. Just to let you all know I am in contact with the BOARD at TERN They know all Trust me its going to get hot here soon :) I have sent countless emails and messages to them via the DA site and our worries are being addressed as we speak and appropriate action will be taken if necessary (which tells me it will be) I will not post the full letter here due to privacy and the respect of the TERN board but it is very similar to JOE's make that what you will |
Posted at 22/10/2018 20:05 by stark industries Shares will resume trading at any given timeInvestors in company are holding tight Shares fell over 77% on last session with limited free float. Only 4 million sold on the last day of trading....30 million held tightly (only 34 million shares in circulation) The company is on a mission to grow and bring in new customers - they have a pipe line of potential significant customers covered for the next 2 quarters as per recent RNS (one can get an idea of the revenue growth and new signings rate, just from September up until now - £1.5 million of business secured just last month ! says it all really and one also needs to take in account any future organic growth / revenue via new clients coming on board and what we already have in the bag. This is an I.T stock and these types of stocks are usually measured on a x 50 on PE (future earnings forecast) so we can as a min conservative go for x 20 (future earnings forecast) in this stock. The company has also mentioned that they have no shortage of new interested parties / potential investors. The company's goal is to become a self funding cash cow and it will not require a placing but only an investment via private deal with the interested party. The company has a top class portfolio of Fortune 500 customers which in itself is worth it's weight in gold and worth many multiples of the market cap.... It would certainly be the main attraction / buying signal for any shrewd investor or buyer. I believe a MCap of a minimum 20 Million is not out of the question (that's a min} That's just over 56p Sounds airy fairy right ? May Be, May Be not ! Fortunes are made and lost on the market and this is a great recovery play ...aimo! All it's going to take is : An injection of cash from any 1 seasoned I.T investor to grow this company back to it's former glory and more.... The new CEO only joined in June and so far a lot of change and improvement has been done. I'm confident that the new investor coming on board will be seasoned I.T Veteran So what,s it worth to the patient and shrewd investor and those holding big ? What's it worth to you - after going through the recent news snippets and using your visionary mind set to unravel the game being played - taking into account the shambles that occurred on that dreaded suspension RNS day and how folk got duped in to selling out cheap without a real careful thought of why they had invested in the first place ? I will be honest I only invested here because of Vinn but that has now long changed after her pulling the plug at the last hour...i'm not really bothered about her at all. This company has a great future of growth with or without her...I rather a good riddance to her TBH. i'm Looking forward to knowing who our new mystery investors) is ? All to play for at 750k Mcap with a micro free float Try looking in the future and not past doings :)) GLA |

Posted at 22/9/2018 21:31 by gimmetheloot The world’s greatest investors: Giles HargreaveBy: Dr Matthew Partridge 01/12/2017 Giles Hargreave was born in Preston in 1948. He dropped out of Cambridge to become an analyst with securities firm James Capel and would later join Management Agency and Music, managing money for musicians such as Tom Jones. In 1986 he founded Hargreave Investment Management. He then merged it with Hargreave Hale & Co, a stockbroker owned by relatives, to form Hargreave Hale, which he still chairs. Since 1998 he has run the Marlborough Special Situations, Marlborough UK Micro Cap Growth, and Marlborough UK Nano Cap Growth funds. What is his strategy? Hargreave has focused on small- and micro-cap shares because he thinks that this sector has been neglected by most institutional investors. He thinks that the most important thing for small firms is the management, as a company operating in a bad industry can still do well if the management is good enough. However, he also has a checklist of other factors he takes into consideration, such as the strength of the balance sheet. His strategy is to own small stakes in what he thinks is the best 10% of companies, and then increase his position if he thinks they are successfully carrying out their strategy. What are his biggest successes? One of Hargreave’s biggest successes was Advanced Computer Software. He invested in the firm in 2008 with the shares at 18p as he was a big fan of its CEO, Vin Murria. Six years later it was taken over by Vista Partners for 140p a share, a return of 678%, or 41% a year. Hargreave also achieved a return of around 40% a year with Renew Holdings, which he bought in 2011 at an average price of 64p. It now sells for 478p. What lessons are there for investors? There are many opportunities in the small-cap sector, so you shouldn’t neglect this segment of the market. But you need to make sure the management is trustworthy and the company’s finances are sound. The idea of letting your winners run but selling your losers might also help reduce your downside risk, though such a strategy also comes with additional trading costs. |
