Can't argue on the CTG front - although, that's largely due to the unforeseen banking crisis. Good job they're doing very well elsewhere.

They have shut down financial classroom training ( basically CTG). Why is noone commenting on the fact that they paid £7m up front for CTG with another £5m in possible earnouts. I cannot be bothered to look up how much they paid in total. CTG vendors long since run off to their place in the sun. What is the goodwill write off now going to be ? Oh dear.

How is the Board going to cope with a bit of business in Oz, a bit in Middle East, a bit in Africa ? Chasing any revenue they can get, no matter what the cost in management distraction ( nice Air Miles for thos who have to check each office). Oh dear.

TS yesterday was decent and management actions seem sensible but I think it was today's 'Sharecrazy' Buy recommendation with 47p target which brought pi buyers out. Doesn't look like much volume so it will probably retrace a fair bit. I'm looking to buy but not on a spike. Med to long term, no rush.

more positive than negative news in the TS - given the current UK economic climate, I'd rate it a pretty solid TS

A pretty decent balanced AGM statement - acknowledging the difficult times but with strands of positive news and an overall optimistic outlook.

Nope, I meant it as typed....I'd rather they take their time and get the expansion right, than rush into it and make similar mistakes to the past...then out comes the begging bowl again.....steady away.
