It'll be interesting to see the trading statement - hopefully this week.

It'll be interesting to see an explanation.

Orvil - so, to a lay-person, can you explain what impact this has and is this why one of the bigger investers isn't mopping up from those wishing to cash in at the moment?

There is approximately £7,300,000 yet to be paid for deferred consideration (from last interims section 8 in notes to accounts):

Provision for cash contingent (with one year) 1,270,000
Provision for cash contingent (after 1 year) 1,000,000
Contingent consideration shares to be issued 5,030,000
Total £7,300,000

So, I would assume the seller is aware that any share issue deferred consideration is likely to dilute. Total market cap fully diluted in the region of £21m at current price levels....and short-term cash pot (hence dividend) likely to head the way of the aquired company creditors to satisfy £1,270,000 instalment payment....

I would assume that yet another 'don't worry everything is fine' statement is likely to be issued (as it always is when price falls).

I think youve hit the nail on the head. A large holder (previous takeover maybe) must be selling out IMO as there is too much postive news flow to be seeing the share move this low. When cleared this should rebound quite spectacularly. I hope.:-/

Down again. Have just re-read the interims and the January TS - both were very positive. I'm not seeing that many trades, unless there's a big T Sell being serviced.

No doubt all will be revealed. The big question is, do I try to pick some more up?

Indeed. Yet, we know from the figures over the last 2-3 years that everything's progressing very positively, except the share price As always, the Market will wake up eventually and we'll see a very sharp correction.

Surprised to see this morning's dip. Having seen a mixed bag of trades yesterday and the chart double-bottom, it had looked more likely that we'd move up rather than down - interesting to see the close.

Pleased to see the tick-up (which ADVFN did indicate at close yesterday) - having said that, it goes against the indicated trading pattern of Sellis recently, unless someone is having a large Buy order filled and it's not happening quickly enough i.e. must tick-up to shake out a few more.

Surely it must be. Would be good if we could double-bottom, although quite frankly, I'm surprised that we've ever returned to this level when considering the tremendous operational progress.

I assume that the trade at 78p is in error, and should be 87p??? Hope so anyway!!

These new forms are not very good for working out what's happened but Singer have 5.2% of which 3% is beneficially owned by the VCT. The second notification is probably because the VCT holds over 3% in its own right.

I'm still not clear. All shares are held under Sinjul nominees.

Does this mean that between their VCT and IM arms, Singer hold in excess of 8% or are the VCT 3% part of the 5.2% held by IM?

If their overall holding has risen to >8% then that would be a very positive development and it would be interesting to discover who had disposed of the shares.

Hopefully, the mystery will be unravelled over the coming days.

The announcements are confusing but if you look again, you'll see Singer have a total shareholding over a million of which the Singer VCT holds just under 600k.

I'm totally confused over holdings. Why would S&L appear to declare an increase of holding to over a million one day and the next day announce that they have retreated to below 600K. Most puzzling of all is that this appears to have happened without significant share price change.

RNS doesn't fully answer the recent share price action.

It is however good to see that Singer have increased their holding to over the million mark.

So who's been disposing?

Sadly, we've lived with that problem for quite a while already - however, we do seem to be looking better today. Perhaps the 10K Sell on the chart is connected to yesterday's dip or perhaps it's even a sharp Buy like mine, which by the way hasn't appeared.

Will sit tight and hope to see things improve.

Space, looks like you may be right. We've seen the bid tick back up again this morning, with two disposals looking to have paved the way for that. Clearly there is something holding the share price back, quite possibly the strategy of issuing stock to make acquisitions. It will be something that we have to live with for a short while.

Good posts Space/Jiab, the market and Ips really don't like us at the moment, I can't understand why, Ken ahs got to start to beat the drum, all the fundamentals are looking good and improving, I think they done a great job on that, just some PR is needed.

I reckon there could be a large re-rating come results, I will hang in for that.

DYOR Joe.
