At the close of business on 14 May 2024, Larry Ciaccia, chair of the board of IDEX Biometrics, and Morten Opstad, board member, held the following voting rights in IDEX, for the purpose of the annual general meeting on 16 May 2024:

Total 85,933,859 shares or 30,67% of the share capital and votes, consisting of the following:

• Proxy to represent and vote for 74,620,411 shares or 26,63% of the share capital, including shares held by Mr. Opstad.
• Proxy with voting instructions for 11,313,448 shares or 4,04% of the share capital.
