PDMR dealing, exercise of options and total voting rights

Ideagen PLC (AIM: IDEA), a leading supplier of Information Management Software to highly regulated industries, announces that Elizabeth Hewitt, the wife of Alex Hewitt, Chief Legal Officer, has sold 16,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 223 pence on 3 November 2020. Following the sale of shares, Mr Hewitt has a beneficiary interest in 116,095 shares, representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Additionally, the Company received notification, from an employee, for the exercise of options over 75,000 ordinary shares ("New Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an exercise price of 35 pence per New Ordinary Share.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 75,000 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 11 November 2020.

After Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 226,918,008 and the total number of voting rights will therefore be 226,918,008. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
