We seem to powering ahead share pricewise :) I wonder if this is a new segment within the aviation industry that we are addressing and also whether it is in a new geography. Kind courtesy of CyanideSid on the other thread posted on 27.11.2015 Offshore aviation is a big part of the Oil and Gas industry globally and we may get a look into defence sector possibly ? | multibagger

02/12/2015 14:29 | Nice mention for IDEA today: "IDEAGEN Thanks to a recent £4.9m Award Decision Notice from a UK public sector body, business is looking rosy for software solutions company Ideagen, which derives more than three-quarters of its revenue from the governance, risk and compliance sector. Analysts at Finncap have left the share target price unchanged at 52p, but envision that some of the company’s newer software products offer further revenue opportunities given their strong potential customer base." | rivaldo
30/11/2015 07:39 | The Chancellor's digitisation message in his Autumn Statement should benefit IDEA nicely: "Two words stood out in the statement in terms of how that efficiency will be achieved: digitisation and collaboration. On digitisation, a £1.8b investment in digital was announced, including £450m for the Government Digital Service. A Digital Transformation plan is due in 2016. But it is clear that much of the spend will go on HMRC’s digital tax accounts. While at GDS the only ‘new’ Government-as-a-Plat In terms of collaboration, there is numerous evidence that more joint working is on the cards: increased collaboration between the three security and intelligence agencies and the Armed Forces (see Defence & National Security: Important role for ICT innovation); the introduction of a £115m fund for the Joint Work and Health Unit, including £40m for an innovation fund to pilot new ways to join up across the health & employment systems; and the ‘Devolution Revolution’, which will see more power given to nations, cities and local authorities, resulting in a more joined up approach at local level." | rivaldo

19/11/2015 10:56 | Nice summary from Richard Holway's Techmarketview: "Thursday 19 November 2015 Integration plan bearing fruit for Ideagen Ideagen (a supplier of information management software to highly regulated organisations) commented in May (see Ideagen bedding in future success) that it was in a position to ‘accelerate the integration of Gael into the Group’. This morning’s trading update, for the six months ended 31 October 2015, showed evidence of the successful integration with the expectation that underlying organic core revenue growth will be approximately 6% during the period. New business wins include a five-year contract with a public sector organisation worth £4.9m for Enlighten, Ideagen’s recently launched SaaS based GRC (Enterprise Governance, Risk and Compliance) platform. Having integrated the sales and marketing functions into a single team (see Ideagen structured for success), Ideagen has launched a new corporate website reinforcing the integration of the acquired businesses. Growing rapidly via acquisition is one thing however integrating the acquired businesses into a coherent whole requires a deft touch; it appears Chief Executive David Hornsby and his management team have it." | rivaldo
19/11/2015 10:32 | Hi folks. I have taken an entry position here today. I suspect the breakout through 50p will prove significant; manifestly a key level in the psychological round numbers game. | saucepan
