Game over by Xmas ?? Or even before that ?? It's been one sorry tale I'll say that not to mention a huge loss that'll take some time to make back up.

AgedMan, thanks for that.
I did notice the shares in issue and the current price didn't match up but that was a bit later when I was looking deeper into the accounts.
Decided to take a smallish punt here as I believe the new people are getting a grip.
When last ditch fund raising occurs you can be pretty sure that the people putting the money in are striking a very hard bargain.
I bought sufficiently close to the fund raising price to give me confidence.....we shall see !!

I have a small interest here through another holding so Keep an eye on things.
I thought the interim review was a refreshing, from the hip, take on a dreadful situation.
Looking quite closely at the results given today I don't think it is a "kitchen sink job" but a fairly frank assessment of the state of the company.
Unless I've read it wrong the net debt is £10.3m even after the fund raising in August and this from a company with a market cap of under £7m.
The insiders may have a grasp of what is going on but I suspect that those who contributed to the fund raising had little choice.

A fair and honest assessment of what has gone on & where we are going by Ian Smith..

Amazing rns:
The only remaining exec notes: "Having been a director of numerous companies over the years, I can safely say these are the worst set of results I have ever had to provide commentary for and there is nothing positive to point to."

"We are currently in advanced discussions regarding the sale of one or more of these component parts. I am confident that with the actions we are taking, we will be able to recover shareholder value despite the dreadful starting position when I joined the Company in May of this year."

Wow. Class kitchen sink job. What a mess but does at least convey that someone is trying to sort it out now and there is some useful business here.
