RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING re THE Proposed cancellation of trading on AIM AND Proposed re--registration as a private company
IdaTech plc (AIM IDA.L), a global leader in the development and manufacture of clean and reliable PEM fuel cell products for critical backup power markets, announces that following its General Meeting re the proposed cancellation of trading on AIM and the proposed re--registration as a private company which was held earlier today, all resolutions put to the shareholders were duly passed.
The last day of dealings of the Company's shares on AIM and in CREST will be 8 November 2011 with the cancellation of admission to trading on AIM at 7:00am on 9 November 2011.
