    ("ID Data" or the "Company")

    Suspension

    The Company has experienced delays in the completion of the audit of its accounts for the year ended 31 March 2008 and no longer expects
to be able to publish these accounts by 30 September 2008. Accordingly trading in its shares on AIM has been suspended with effect from
2.30pm today.

    Further to the announcement made by the Company on 26 August 2008, the Company continues to seek funds from investors and, in parallel,
to pursue the possible sale of its operating businesses in order to meet its short term working capital and debt funding requirements.
However, in current market conditions there can obviously be no certainty as to whether any such transactions will be successfully
completed.  Nevertheless, ID Data's current trading is strong with a good order book and the Company is forecast to achieve positive EBITDA
for the current month and the remainder of the financial year.  A further announcement will be made when appropriate.
