Hi,

Does anyone know what the reason (or at least stated reason) for IBEX listing in the UK as opposed to the US was?

Seems strange given US HQ and 80-90% of revenue from US.

Thanks

Dan - if the market "categorically did not believe" IBEX it wouldn't be trading on 5x FCF, it would be trading at 0x FCF.

I will however look into TRGI.

I think you've answered your own question WRT clients by posting a link which mentions their clients.

You ask "who the hell are these massive clients"?

The article mentions a few clients:-

"IBEX Global provides customer service for AT&T, DirectTV and Apple, according to the complaint."

Partly, but this one is more troubling.

4. Of course, but who the hell are these massive clients where revenue is rising like a rocket ship? and for what..... call centres?!

I suggest you look into TRGI and weird looking related party transactions, all RNSd. The market categorically does not believe IBEX. That is why it trades on 5x FCF

5 + 6. Do you mean this ?

Seems like a licensing dispute which was withdrawn:-

"On 31 July 2014, Microsoft Corporation, Microsoft Licensing, GP and the IBEX Subsidiary entered a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice and the Lawsuit was therefore withdrawn. Accordingly, no payment under the Indemnification Agreement was ever invoked and TRGI directly bore all the legal expenses associated with the Lawsuit."

4. Could say the same about OPAY (now PAYS) - reliant on a single client mainly until Skrill acquisition

re allegations/facts - surely allegations are based on facts anyway? So I don't understand why you would draw a distinction.

DanAfter being in this share a few months, I tend to agree with you. Something not right here. Share buyback of 750 shares at a time? Come on. The massive rise in the summer on no news was also highly suspect.Sold most recently for a small loss. Had a hard time selling the remainder today (my sell was shown as a buy)

After months of waiting finally managed to open a pretty big short here today. Numbers don't stack up IMO and lots of red flags here with ceos leaving and big severance payments to ridiculous valuation to shareholder risk.

My personal target price is zero pence per share. I formally make no allegations, but see many many red flags. I see the share buyback scheme as a facade.

You have read between the lines of what I was saying very well! It all looked highly suspicious to me.Great fundamentals and growth prospects, backed up by very good results today, an initial sharp rise in the share price......all looking good. But this was followed by 'sells' that were actually 'buys' and 'buys' completely missing.....then a convenient drop in share price.I note this share is MM only as well. HmmmmAnyway, like I say I'll be holding on. This share looks decent value and has great growth prospects IMO.All the best

I have also made additional buys. It seems that ADVFN chooses to regard a transaction between the Bid and Offer price as a Sell irrespective of whether its a buy or sell. That pushes the price down, and other people see a falling price so decide to sell regardless of the fundamentals. Sad really, but all bodes well for the future.
I originally bought in at 69p, so the current 9p annual dividend now equates to a 13% dividend on my original purchase.

I invested here after the interims at 95p. Topped up at 70p after the company started the share buyback as I envisaged this would put a floor in the share price and again at 82p after c4 million shares traded hands last month. This seems to have cleared the overhang and the share price has been rising since.
As you say high yield/low rating can't see anything massively wrong (see early comments and revenue could possibly be lumpy). Awaiting trading statement and/or finals before making any further moves. Nice to have somebody else on the bb!
