Cheers CR. Still almost 50% upside to their target price...

Personally I never worry any more about publishing anything from anywhere, except from paid-for tipsheets for about a month after publication.

The impression I get is that as long as you post a link to the particular web site (thus driving traffic and possible subscribers to it) no-one's in the least bit concerned.

I do actually have that Hargreaves bit from above rivaldo but thought it wrong to post it re copyright.

Suffice to say it goes on about ATM's now being more than just cash dispensers and big potential.

Mentions Arbuthnot's new target of 90p too.

cfro - it is 3v1 at present but I find L2 of little use for these small caps when volume is light. I also think that there is a seller around at present as orders are being filled well inside the offer price. Most of the volume appears to be on plus this morning there was a 10k @62.2p and an 8k @63.385p, I will assume though that if the buying continues as it is the supply will soon dry up and we'll be off again. It has consolidated at this level for a while now so can't be too many left to sell (IMO).

Interesting to look at the "Recent Activity" column and comments on the bottom left of the screen here:

Of those examples given, the likes of Argos have been using ATMad for 3 years now, whilst Kimberley-Clark have had 4 campaigns on ATMad and Muller have also been customers for a while now.

The point being of course that IDG's is direct and interactive advertising which actually works, hence the repeat business.

HL have just launched a "Research and Share Tipping service for account holders" they are using tips from Shares and IC but do not nescessarily share the same views.

Rivaldo - Interesting that you say HL covered Optos this week as that was Shares magazine's other big tip.

Are HL and Shares one and the same by any chance?

Shares mag and Hargreves will both have had a chat with the company and its brokers to make sure each article is correct.

New investors are now comming on board, just the thing that makes a stock price jump.!!

Yep, and one of those 17 buys was mine @62.5p.

Thanks for the share mag article greenroom78. I dont subscribe myself, i only subscribe to Money Week and Chronic Investor as i feel they are better value for money.

Obviously the article has got this going now and imo we will quickly se new highs here. The potential is just enormous as the article and Tara7 points out.

Any new contract wins fall straight to the bottom line and margins and profits will fly upwards. And no tax to pay for a while either dont forget.

Just a matter of how many new contract wins the company can win. A win with HSBC for instace would give access to ATM's in the far east. The world really is its oyster.

IDG were also featured yesterday by Hargreaves Lansdown as follows - unfortunately it's limited access. Anyone registered with HL? This would have garnered some additional interest:

"20 Oct
i-Design and Optos

In this edition of Stocks in the spotlight we look at i-Design, a Dundee-based micro-cap company in the Media sector, and Optos, an eye-testing equipment specialist in the Healthcare equipment and services sector."

Cheers G78, thx for writing up the Shares Mag article. Happy to see a bit of consolidation at these highs whilst the markets are so volatile - ready for the next leg up, which would seem pretty inevitable imho given what we know.

Like I has said for the last year, each pound of NEW turnover turns into pure profit [less a few costs.]

Margins leap as soon as Break Even is hit.

We are now in profit.!!!

Thanks Greenroom78 looks like the story is gathering pace, More contract news announcements wouldn't surprise me in the near future.

Might see some consolidation after a 50% increase in the last 12 weeks, before results are released in December.

No worries, as a brief summary of the article it tells you...

A bit about what we do, how we earn from it and who the main customers are along with a mention of joono.
A bit about how Arbuthnot cut our expected loss from -£240k to -£140k in the summer and how IDG surprised the market (not us though!) by saying that it would actually make a maiden profit this year.
A bit about annual profits and cash balance
and i'll quote a couple of bits....

"Growing ATM base requires no capital investment, which means a limited call on the firm's cashflow to fund growth"

Obviously we all understand the significance of this but I feel that Shares magazine have finally captured the attraction of IDG as an investment and it is this that may entice new investors. They have covered IDG a few times since spring but never spelt this out for people. Every new customer translates almost fully into profit, now we are seeing profit things could (and should) grow rapidly IMO.

And a second quote...

"Investors will have to wait until December finals for analysts to publish 2012 and 2013 forecasts. The December announcement could also see yet another hike in Arbuthnot's target price, which has already been raised a several times this year, from 35p in May to 90p"

I first bought in at 32p back in early November last year and at the time the TP was 35p but we also had coverage from Hoodless Brenon who had a 'sell' rating saying IDG would not cut the mustard, I'm glad I didn't listen to them. I'm annoyed I let the market shake me out of my holding in August at 49p in a moment of madness but know I did the right thing in buying back at 61p.
