Sorry (Rivaldo), a bit late in replying to your request for the Tip in Shares Magazine.
Just a short summary in an article "10 fledglings ready to flourish".
The article says:
"Buy
'i-design runs an advertising software platform that allows banks and ATM network owners to market goods and services to customers via ATM screens, plasma displays and even mobile phones, regardless of hardware manufacturer.
The firm has launched its next generation platform, joono, designed to offer customers greater functionalityand range than the original atmAd solution. A deal to add Barclays UK estate of 4,000 ATMs in May takes the number of units using joono to 21,000. July's contract with US based ATM operator Cardtronics will help push idesign's platform into numerous overseas markets over the next couple of years."

Great update and just what we were all saying.

Cant ask for more. Profitable and cash generative. Many co's would give their eye teeth for this in these trying markets.

This has a quid now written all over it.

A little bit of coverage already. Remember that the Barclays contract from May will only have impacted a little for the year just gone, and the Joono contract win from July even less so. There's plenty to look forward to:

Fantastic news. Always great to see confirmation via RNS of what your research has suggested.

And almost £1m of net cash, so IDG are cash-generating (+£150k this year) and in no need whatsoever of any further funding for their global roll-out.

Who knows how high these shares can go once the Barclays and Cardtronics contracts really start to motor....

Trading Update



Following the end of its financial year, the Board of i-design is pleased to provide an update on trading for the 12 months to 30 September 2011.



The Directors are pleased to announce that i-design is expected to report a small maiden profit before taxation for the financial year. This is ahead of current market expectations of a loss before taxation. Sales, anticipated at approximately £3.5m, are also ahead of market forecasts as is the cash and cash equivalents position which is expected to be approximately £900,000. These results have been supported by the signing of two new major ATM network owners, Barclays in May 2011 and YourCash Limited, the largest independent supplier of ATM solutions in Europe, in October 2010.



Full year results will be announced in early December when the Company will provide a further update on current trading and progress.

Finally bought back in today as it doesn't look like dropping back any (at this stage). I have wanted back in for a while after foolishly selling back in early August when I sold off pretty much everything I had in fear that the markets were crashing. I fast learnt that IDG was not one to sell and then missed the subsequent rise post RHPS tip through not buying back fast enough.

I knew I wanted to be holding before the IMS which was middle october last year and I also knew I couldn't afford to not hold if they are likely to announce a maiden profit at the next set of results, which must be a possibility given the progress in the last 11 months since I first bought in.

Been follwing things closely during the two months I haven't been holding, fingers crossed I'm back in at the right time.
