In August there was a share dilution.Not sure what the ratio was.. but it wont be back to 1000p unless they do a share buyback.I guess the top would be 550p.

50m of fcf based on 30pc margin on industry 20x is 450p. Plus its got good growth due to the shoptalk roll out in europe and asia.

In October my guess is the company tells the market that there is massive interest in their conferences both attending and also online for those who cant attend. So post pandemic their attendance will be bigger at shoptalk etc. Plus there will be shoptalk europe and maybe asia. Analysts will quickly move to 50m of free cash flow for 2023 and the balance sheet will have preserved the rights issue cash with say 50m of net debt. Price targets will quickly move to 450p.

A company with a 30pc margin and that will generate 50m a year in cashflows should not be on 7x imo. 200p is 12x and I reckon thats still cheap. Worth remembering that this company will emerge post covid with a stronger balance sheet and bigger moat (transactional online events).
