Hydrogen Group plc ("Hydrogen", the "Group")
Issue of equity pursuant to an exercise of options
and
Grant of options to Directors/PDMRs and employees
Hydrogen Group, the global specialist recruitment group, announces that is has made has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of 586,354 new ordinary shares of 1p each ("New Shares") to satisfy the exercise of options granted under the Group's Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme and Minority Interest Share Scheme.
The New Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 5 July 2018.
Following this admission, the Group's share capital and total voting rights comprises 34,052,927 ordinary shares of 1p each and the Group does not hold any shares in treasury. Consequently, 34,052,927 is the figure which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Hydrogen under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Issue of Options
In addition, the Board on 28 June 2018, granted 670,000 options under the 2017 Leadership Scheme including, in aggregate 450,000 options, to certain directors and PDMRs as follows:
