I wonder whether Glaxo are thinking of a bid here? It has been something that has been raised in the past and they could do with a new pipeline desperately

Reminds me of Glaxo which enjoyed a spectacular run from the early 80s to the end of the century.

Decent volume, as anticipated. Narrow spread, which I hadn't expected: perhaps they are trying to encourage sellers out for institutional buyers?

Vol / Avg. 323,341.00/86,111.00 final NASDAQ numbers for Tues 15th Nov

There was a large amount of buying on NASDAQ, possibly prompted by the CEO's appearance on CNBC???

It certainly looks as if the Company's profile is being raised as more people and specialist investors take on board what the incredible prospects are....

If you consider we have just had a huge fundraising, far more than is needed for short to medium term pipeline development I believe some kind of mega deal is on the cards. Pure speculation but I think the Company's profile is about to be raised significantly!

Why do you think de-listing from AIM would adversely impact your ISA protection?

As an investor in the Slater growth fund today I have just received their factsheet dated 31st of October and that fund now has just over 11% in this stock very good news

Another strong day stateside, around £48 on good volume, though volume always is these days over there.

Agreed but in my opinion it is only the American market that will value the Company correctly so maintaining a NASDAQ listing is imperative. We seem to have very very few specialist Biotech Investors in this country (there are only 2 funds I know of) whereas it's a much bigger ficus in North America

Nerdofsteel..... yes the share price is driven by the Americans and delisting from AIM at some point might be logical but from a purely selfish point of view I would prefer not to lose my ISA protection. Perhaps the way forward would be to wait until the market cap. is higher and transfer to the main London market. This would attract the index trackers at least.

No
spivy US Nasdaq traders making a quick buck on the over generous discount of the ADS offering.
Price is driven by US volume now. UK just follows.

I calculate a £1.30 disparity on the bid prices between UK & US. Spivvy AIM marketmakers?

Rather bizarre and surely a record disconnect with the US price at the moment
