08/7/2015 08:31 | SP suffering a little these last few days, but the bowl still looks intact to me (famous last words!) | puzzler2
29/6/2015 16:31 | Very nice to see on such a down day. | cestnous
29/6/2015 15:22 | Next leg up starting imo CR | cockneyrebel
26/6/2015 17:18 | Nice move northwards today. We're nearly at the end of the half year (30 June), so perhaps thoughts are now on the H1 results and how they might have improved. | puzzler2
19/6/2015 15:52 | Broken a long term resistance line recently too: free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | cockneyrebel
19/6/2015 13:35 | Yes, I'd read that article when I was researching this one. I also like the fact that Paul Taaffe has been given some seriously meaningful share options, enough to really incentivise him to get the business moving forward strongly. ...and I don't think that he has to do too much to get the 2015 profit back to a normalised £15M or so, as most of last year's loss was a goodwill impairment. That puts it on a prospective P/E of perhaps 10 for what should now be a growth company. Could be interesting moving forward. | puzzler2
19/6/2015 13:06 | :-) - yes - I couldn't give the game away then because I was still buying Puzzler:-) Had my eye on these since reading the article above - these have really under perfomed in recent years and with his lordship gone I think the new blood will get things going, rather like Lord Harris going from Carpetright. All imo/dyor etc. CR | cockneyrebel
19/6/2015 12:49 | Nice to see you buying one of my suggestions CR :-) (mentioned when, on your thread, we were all trying to guess your next purchase!) | puzzler2
11/4/2015 15:42 | All those resignations tells a story | tom111
11/4/2015 15:12 | Hasn't fallen as far as it might have considering the results.. The yield overall is still not bad and they might be a bid along the way. Holding for now and I expect it to recover some lost ground in the weeks ahead. | mach100
10/4/2015 17:53 | This will only drift lower imho | tom111
10/4/2015 16:36 | As expected awful,saw it coming though didn't take much working out | tom111
10/4/2015 10:40 | Awful. Will check back next year. Not held for quite some time, thankfully. | its the oxman
10/4/2015 07:38 | Warning on 2015 as well. Reaction will be interesting. Div cut overdue. Will be interesting to see 2015 div expectations | markie7
10/4/2015 07:25 | The Board will propose at the forthcoming AGM a final dividend of 0.75p which will provide a total dividend of 1.75p, as compared to the total 2013 dividend of 3.50p. The record date for this dividend will be 29 May 2015 and it is payable on 6 July 2015. A scrip dividend alternative will be available. The dividend payout ratio is 47% (2013:63%). | neilyb675
07/4/2015 14:36 | woudnt like to be buying here before results, the silence is deafening,no interest here | tom111
18/3/2015 16:02 | ive followed this company for years I cant see the divi being maintained at 9% it doesn't look good to be honest,30p wouldn't surprise me in the short term | tom111
04/3/2015 22:51 | The silence about trading is frustrating. I think we will have to wait for year end figures. I hope the new CEO does not cut the dividend simply because as the new man he could possibly get away with it. The company managed its dividend even in the bad year of 2009. | gliderpilot2002
12/2/2015 12:22 | Further to the announcement made on 22 December 2014, the Board of Huntsworth, the international public relations and healthcare communications group, confirms that Paul Taaffe will be appointed as Chief Executive on 7 April 2015. Paul Taaffe succeeds Lord Chadlington, who will stand down from the Huntsworth Board on the same date. There is no further information to be disclosed in respect Paul Taaffe's appointment, pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority. | neilyb675
29/1/2015 11:38 | Markie7 - Thanks. Good spot. Pete Pedersen resigns as Grayling CEO - | speedsgh
29/1/2015 11:19 | Grayling CEO has left. | markie7
29/1/2015 10:32 | Numis forecasting 2014 EPS at 4.00p. Digital Look forecasting consensus 2014 EPS of 3.82p. Dividend has been steady at 3.50p for some time so now likely to be barely covered. Is it sustainable? Next trading update will indeed be critical. Will they issue a pre-close trading statement (didn't last yr)? Finals due at end of April. Evidence of all the investment beginning to bear fruit is required. Reassuring to see Aberforth + Miton with sizeable shareholdings. | speedsgh
11/12/2014 14:16 | It will be interesting to see the next trading update. | gliderpilot2002 |
