per US Dollar Share and purchased 100,000 Sterling Hedged Shares at GBP 0.75 per Sterling Hedge Share.
After purchase such US Dollar Shares and Sterling Hedged Shares will be cancelled and the Company will have 41,265,763 US Dollar Shares
in issue and 11,807,598 Sterling Hedged Shares in issue.
The company holds 4,126,576 US Dollar Shares and 1,180,759 Sterling Hedged Shares in treasury.
