Placing and Offer for Subscription

Further to the Company's announcement of 11 September 2006 relating to the
proposed Placing and Offer for Subscription of up to 50 million US Dollar Shares
and 50 million Sterling Hedged Shares (the "Issue") the Company is pleased with
the feedback it has received in relation to the Issue.  However, potential
investors have indicated that they would be in a better position to determine
their participation in the Issue if it were extended until late November.
Accordingly, the Board of Directors have resolved to postpone the closing of the
Issue whilst the Company's advisers continue their discussions with existing and
potential investors.
