Issue of shares


Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for 188,000 redeemable
participating preference shares of 1 pence each designated as sterling hedged
shares ("Sterling Hedged Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to the
London Stock Exchange for admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The
Sterling Hedged Shares will be issued for cash at GBP1.12 each and will rank
pari passu with the existing redeemable participating preference shares in
issue.


Dealings are expected to commence in the new Sterling Hedged Shares on 28
November 2007.


Following the issue, there will be 20,068,497 Sterling Hedged Shares and
45,916,993 redeemable participating preference shares designated as US Dollar
shares in issue in total.
