What a farce - a RNS to say they a are launching a website to try to up the share price I guess (which they have succeeded in doing, so far). Opening a retail website is a quick way to lose even more money faster, as history shows with nearly all successfull web retailers.

This is trash and should be marked down accordingly. So BEWARE!

my god, i've just discovered this stock - from a message board monitor site, big surprise! - i usually stick to real stocks, but i couldn't resist a comment! - Hot Tuna: wow, i remember the brand fondly - i was horrified to discover that Walmart had bought and totally corrupted Ocean Pacific, but this really takes the biscuit - just took a look at the last results, Revenue of GBP 60 K, Cost of Sales of GBP 146 K and G&A of GBP 473 K?!? - ok, so what did they do: buy 3,000 t-shirts, rent a van for 1/2 a million pounds, and then sell the t-shirts out the back at half-price...?!? -

What it means is that they couldn't find anyone outside the company to take the job. The only value here is the tax losses.

Hi Sola hows it going if there are 2 things I know it is the rag trade inside out, having been thru the shop floor and directing my own companies, at the last meeting which if memory serves me you where absent I quizzed him and he failed to answer or did not wish too, he is just a salesman.

Any way we are on the way this company can be turned round but wether the right people are in the right places remains to be seen.

CUTHBERT you are a silly boy. The reason O'Connell has been moved is because he does not know how to run a company. Marcus Yeoman has no experience in the rag trade and the new chairman has been there watching this company hit the buffers.

This needs either significant acquisitions because surf wear will never ever cut it or clearing out and using as a shell
