26/2/2018 08:38 | Alex, perhaps I am a little bit of a pessimist, I see a shell company burning through cash with no real plan to generate any sustainable income let alone profit. | mustafa15a

28/1/2018 11:43 | It seems the other remaining director (Martin Groak) didn't take part in the placing either. Does anyone know what if anything his current share holding is? | ochs
28/1/2018 11:40 | Yes, the fact that the new Chairman has not taken part in the placing (even at 0.25p) is worrying. Why should shareholders trust him to get them a good deal? | ochs
27/1/2018 00:44 | I would have invested in here, pretty much as an out and out gamble really, given it’s a cash shell, but for five things; 1) the hugely dilutive fund raise, which would have significantly reduced the value of my holding to begin with... I mean, we’re pretty much at the start of a bull run in the Resources sector, in fintech, materials science (like graphene etc), and they can’t get better terms than that? Especially, when there are plenty of junior companies out there in the last few months that have raised capital on decent terms). This BoD should be ashamed of themselves... 2) the mkt cap is now much higher I think than it’s cash assets? (Happy to be corrected on this) 3) the directors (all 2 of them) have little or no skin in the game, so don’t in my view have the same degree of motivation to see the company succeed...and therefore, I question their ability to do this... 4) to conduct such a hugely discounted fund raise to me just says these directors are weak and unable to secure a deal that protects existing shareholder interests. Given that these guys are now going to be the stewards of the company going forwards, I don’t have any faith in their ability to steer the company to success, and therefore look after shareholder interests in the longer term... 5) based on the new board’s actions, I no longer trust them L. | lazygun

25/1/2018 18:17 | Thanks for the feedback guys. Just seen they have done another placing at 0.25p. Any idea who they were placed with? Lots of PI's? Will we get some TR1 triggers? Is it possible they were forward sold prior? Cheers NR It's market cap is now £1.62m based on "Following completion of the Placing, the Company will have 540,166,760 Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights." | nick rubens
