09/12/2017 12:21 | Yeah just waiting on Dr V's share cancellation rns & we should be good, with even less shares in circulation. Looking forward to the next couple of weeks with hopefully some positive news toolsmoker ?? | natty27
09/12/2017 11:44 | Natty the old directors shares should be cancelled this week so has 230 mill shares in circulation .sky rockets about to happen with any decent news | ![]() toolsmoker
09/12/2017 09:24 | Yes, I am one of those sticky holders ;) also second that, can't easily see 2.5p short term in my opinion. This has just a mcap of 1.5million at the moment, & only 270 million shares in issue, with not all of them in public hands, so when this goes it will go :) | natty27
08/12/2017 23:00 | very few available in this. Can be difficult to get any sort of position- lots of sticky holders 🙂 | wolfcub

08/12/2017 21:35 | ok I see, it needs to raise 6m ONLY if it re-lists as an investing company, but in this case they are seeking a reverse acquistion. GL, I'll keep an eye on it | ![]() mister md
08/12/2017 20:46 | Next week should get interesting here see 1p plus easy | ![]() toolsmoker
08/12/2017 19:50 | Mr D... as tool smoker said, this doesn't need 6 million at all! That's only if the shell didn't get taken over in 6 months time, starting from the agm on 3rd December. As it would need to be re-listed for trading on AIM. Any company can RTO (reverse take over) this shell & by-pass paying. Clean debt free Shell ready for take over are very rare, that's what make it so interesting :) | natty27
08/12/2017 18:16 | Mister d a new shell needs 6 mill not this it's why it's so valuable | ![]() toolsmoker

08/12/2017 12:49 | Following Completion of the Disposal, the Company is now an AIM Rule 15 cash shell and as such will be required to make an acquisition or acquisitions which constitutes a reverse takeover under AIM Rule 14 (including seeking re-admission as an investing company (as defined under the AIM Rules)) on or before the date falling six months from completion of the Disposal or be re-admitted to trading on AIM as an investing company under the AIM Rules (which requires the raising of at least GBP6 million) failing which, the Company's Ordinary Shares would then be suspended from trading on AIM pursuant to AIM Rule 40.
