Board Change; Result of AGM
Honye Financial Services Ltd, a special purpose acquisition company formed to undertake one or more acquisitions of businesses in the financial services and financial technology sector, announces that Gareth Edwards has resigned as a Non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. The board has accepted the resignation. The board would like to thank Mr Edwards for his contribution over the last 3 years, and wish him well in pursuing other interests.
Honye also announces that all the resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting of the Company, held earlier today, were duly passed.
Resolution 5, to re-elect Gareth Edwards as a Director, was not put to the meeting, following Mr Edwards' resignation as noted above.
The Directors accept responsibility for this announcement.
