The Company announces that its unaudited Net Asset Value ("NAV") per share as at 31(st) October 2020 on a cum-income basis under IFRS 9 was 1,020.1 pence (NAV of GBP361.8 million) and on an ex-income basis was 1,017.3 pence (NAV of GBP360.8 million).

The NAVs have been calculated by Apex Fund Services (UK) Ltd.
