I think all the commentary is good moves to 3000 dollars in 2025 and if they get the environmental permit for the restart on the silver mine plus Brazil second mine then we could be looking at anything. Or even other projects coming into view.

Debt is nothing now on 2025 cash flow projections , everything can be developed out of cash flows organically.

For me if all the stars align this could be a monster company.

2 billion market cap next year is highly possible if gold stays where it is. But if gold goes 3000 dollars plus it’s anyone’s guess.

HOC is most definitely in the right place at the right time with its pipeline and resources. I’ll keep adding as funds become available

IMO its not overvalued at £1.15b (£2.22) but that's for you to work out.

these are some back of the envelop numbers that can be played around with to give you an idea (variables to be adjusted highlighted). Ultimately the true intrinsic value is the discount cashflows from now till judgement day but I wont share that as my numbers get rather crazy haha

Volcan is for HOC the wrong project in the wrong place.
Royropata permit has to be issued before any development work can commence.
Silver is 30% of revenue from existing operations but it will be nice when Royropata adds to this.

I hope your right about Royropata.

I wish they could develop the mine whilst working on the permit to half the time. Could be quite painful watching two years of record silver prices go unutulised.

With free cash flow like that who knows 5yrs from now volcan might not be to much 😉

Significant positive company developments to be announced next year?

HOC says Royropata is to commence production in 2027. The only thing holding up development is the permit. As we have seen in press statements and HOC themselves agree the permit process has been streamlined and HOC submitted a simplified application to speed up approval. I don't believe it will take 3 years to get Royropata mine development permitted in the current circumstances.

Permitting should be secured next year with development following immediately.

>>> "the selection of a single company for the engineering and environmental work"

Is this statement a matter of principle or more likely the selection has been made or is currently in the tendering process? My guess fwiw is that the permit will be received next year with 6-9 months mine development and production starting late next year or early 2026 (not 2027)! The Pallancata processing facility at Selene is on C&M so can be restarted as required.

The Inmaculada permitting saga which was for a 20 year extension and took about 3 years is not the model to be followed now with Royropata although HOC is conservatively forecasting such an outcome.

Monte do Carmo 2 year build 2026-27 to follow.

With free cash flow of $350-400 million next year and likely more in subsequent years, funds for both projects will be available from cash flow and on-going reduced borrowing can be reversed if necessary as funding requirements fall due.

All this with dividends reinstated next year as expected.

Production is set for 500,000+ GEO pa from 2028 with reduced AISC from the new mines and efficiency measures and huge cash flow increasing as PM prices seem likely to continue to move higher.

Inauguration 2days after (or before q4 production) so a tariff shock isn't out of the question too. Dec and jan are shaping up to be volatile months for hocs sp

Thanks Nilla. Q4/FY production next month and FY financials later should be wow, wow, wow impressive if PM prices hold into the NY.

Monte do Carmo. Since March 2024, the Company has executed a 1,704m twin hole drilling programme which has validated the deposit's mineral resource estimate. In addition, the Company has conducted a 4,806m resource drilling campaign across five prospective mineralisation zones. The campaign has already incorporated additional gold resources which confirm the strong geological potential of the Project.

An exploration programme across seven new targets will commence in November 2024.
