Interest in btc is at its highest
Interest in gold is nil
Buy an asset when no one wants it
Not the other way round
I have tucked my btc away in an offline wallet for the long term.
I am now buying gold too - in etf form FWIW. Some leveraged.
I am confident that gold and silver are now bottoming.
Only one opinion but a lot of folk I respect are agreeing with me.
HOC are FRES are at 'fill your boots' levels.

What party? It was only ever a small gathering.

Probably have to wait until the new year and bitcoins bubble to plop. There is No interest in metals and can’t see this changing anytime soon, hike rate or not. There are too many powerful people in charge of us and our monies that we have no option but to tow the line. I’m sure many people are making a lot of cash with the fall in metals.

They are cheap by any stretch of the imagination and I've been down this road many times before, since HOC was trading at 40p. If they go sub 200p, I'll double my holding.

I have also just bought another 30KG of silver bullion.

Probably made the wrong decision buying into this share. I would love to be proved wrong but this could slide a lot further. Interestingly, FRES is up so not across the miners. HOC always the hardest hit - maybe there is a reason for that. Trying to look beyond the current smashes and bitcoin frenzy and to a new year. Shame GS888's 550P didn't come true. Wishful thinking.
