15/8/2018 14:02 | Costs are up for the second half of 2018 too. AISC for silver equivalent ounces $13+ up from $11.9 and similarly AISC for gold is going to be higher in H2 too. | shakeypremis
15/8/2018 13:33 | The reduced debt is only really relevant with PM's still providing a profit margin over cost to extract. IF PM's play with break-even or even below then HOC under £1 is definitely on IMHO. Keeping on my watchlist | onedayrodders
15/8/2018 13:00 | OVERSOLD OVERSHORTED OVERTIRED BUY | dt1010
15/8/2018 11:47 | In which currency shakey? HOC share price is in sterling... This fall is overdone imho. | 124asd
15/8/2018 11:40 | Divi is 1.965 cents which is 2p. So I make that a yield of 2/164 X 100 = 1.2%. | rrr
15/8/2018 09:02 | Nothing matters but the gold/silver price. | shakeypremis
15/8/2018 09:00 | Results arent going to spark a rush of excitement, but net debt is now only $67m and apparently the recent fall in local currencies is helping with costs | nav_mike
15/8/2018 08:51 | That’ll be gold sub $1000 then Charles | dt1010
15/8/2018 08:31 | Looks like a great set of results to me. 42% increase in dividend. | ifthecapfits
15/8/2018 07:41 | Charles, so far my wallet has survived the pummeling in PM miners as I haven't really been invested since summer last year. My wallet will come out once I think gold (and silver) have properly bottomed. | shakeypremis
15/8/2018 07:30 | Looks like excellent results from HOC once again.Increased dividend, future prospects looking more positive. If only Precious Metals could return to popularity I could retire content.Hope the markets are impressed. Regards Brian | nilla159
14/8/2018 17:12 | I know, thanks. But the dollar is King for now and the immediate future. I’m not asking for much. Just 400p (!h | dt1010
14/8/2018 14:03 | Come on shakey when are you going to get your wallet out and spend a bit of cash? | charles clore
14/8/2018 13:28 | They actually can't, but anyway. You are of course correct and I hope you make it to see gold blossom mate. | shakeypremis
14/8/2018 12:16 | They can keep this dollar going for as long as they like And though statistically you’re not due to die, doesn’t mean you should take care out there lol | dt1010
14/8/2018 11:30 | Just to cheer you up some more DT, I won't be dead by the time it happens. I am 30 :) | shakeypremis
14/8/2018 10:15 | Lol, being so cheerful keeps you going ;) | banj
14/8/2018 08:24 | Yeah if results are good it’ll go up 1p for about 2 minutes on the open...and then be sold back down. Don’t be absurd. the market won’t let this rise. Not for years. By then time this is back in favour we’ll all be dead and the Nasdaq millionaires will move in and rape this sector for more millions. The rich get richer. The poor just die. | dt1010
13/8/2018 22:10 | My mistake - ints are Wednesday | ladywormer
13/8/2018 22:08 | Maybe a small bounce if the figures are good and then back to the downtrend. | charles clore
13/8/2018 21:43 | Hoc results tomorrow? | edjge2
13/8/2018 20:32 | Gold -17.5 at the moment. | eeza
13/8/2018 18:13 | Yes very good point DT.. forgot they have cleared an awful lot of debt. Not an exact science but maybe anything near a £1 would be a good entry point assuming there is a mini PM collapse in place. | onedayrodders
13/8/2018 18:00 | I am waiting with cash on the sidelines to get back in to PM miners, I've been out since summer last year. I only own one, a new gold producer in Australia. Probably won't do all that well given the gold price but hopefully will weather the storm ok. There's going to be a supply shortfall in silver if these prices continue. The majors just don't make any money at $15 silver and it looks like silver is about to collapse lower. | shakeypremis |
