Further to the announcement this morning regarding the Initial Placing, Offer for Subscription and Intermediaries Offer of new Ordinary Shares ("New Ordinary Shares") (the "Initial Issue") and new Placing Programmes of new Ordinary Shares and/or C shares (the "Placing Programmes"), the Company announces the publication of a prospectus (the "Prospectus") containing full details of the Initial Issue and the Placing Programmes.
