There is no denying this is a good company I'm still hoping for lower.

I think the mm's are trying to scare investors out now,
sp 105.75p, whilst the bid is 106p and offer 106.5p.

Now bid 106.5p, offer 107.5p, anyone for a mugging!

Really.

I think we will finish blue today, which may indicate a good reversal on the candles
and could lead to the start of the next leg higher, fingers crossed.

I'm expecting a dip below 1300 as well. My target for gold is constantly changing due to trend lines.

However my real low point is around 1250 but I more expect around 1270-1290 which are my trigger points to start buying gold which includes HGM.

Blackrock have been selling some gold miners, probably others doing similar.
Gold still over $1300 but I'm expecting that to be tested today or tomorrow especially with the way gold miners have performed.

Good for you srp. Will bottom soon, and then start an upward trend. Its been hammered with other Gold shares, for no partitular reason.Gold down only around 5%,in the same timeframe,of HGM falling 27%.

HGM did a similar move to this at the start of 2015, moved upto
47p then dropped to around 34p a move of 27%. Then quickly moved
back over 55p. We touched 147p earlier this month, and now 107p,
a drop of 27%. I have just bought more.

Job figures due this week will give guidance with this on off rate rise.
Needs to be out the way really as Yellen is keeping PM's hostage.

Or the mm's walking it down, for their friends to buy
at 110p, before it moves onto 220p.

The seller was there at 140p but was being mopped up by a buyer. The buyer is now quiet which is why hgm are at 110p.
I'm always wary as those who control gold know exactly when to buy and sell mining stocks. Most are currently being sold but gold is still over 1300 which does make me concerned.
Is a gold smack down coming, I've seen it before with those in the know preparing before hand.

Day by day this is being walked down to £1, if £1 doesn't hold could see 75p again.

Paf, hgm and gold attempting to find a base,
we shall see.

Before it was taken over I used to own shares in a company
called Retail Decisions ( rtd ), and their share chart was
similar to hgm, it used to double then retrace 20-25%, then
double again and so on. We have done similar here from 70p,
now for the charge to 220p.

As with all companies we must keep an eye on the profitability,
growth and sector movements. The miners are taking a bit of a
thump after a good run, and it is the end of the third quarter.

I am still happy with HGM and the sector, but yes a little disappointed
with the share price but the gold price is still at a good level.

If you put the chart up from 2003, it will give a better view rather
than just the past two weeks.

Anyone's views on gold over next month to 6 weeks.

I'm looking for a minor correction back to 1300 or a larger one to around 1250 on spot gold.

This is over done.

Agree with Celeritas, there must be seller somewhere.
