HIGHBRIDGE MULTI-STRATEGY FUND LIMITED (THE 'COMPANY')
TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
The Company announces that on 22 September, 2017 it purchased 50,000 Sterling Ordinary Shares of no par value ('Shares') at an average price per share of 212.25 pence.
The Shares purchased will be held in treasury.
Following the above purchase, the total number of Shares in issue is 131,627,733, of which 33,087,614 Shares are held by the Company in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 98,540,119 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
