15/3/2001 11:56 | may be its a defensive play, but the results are out in early April. The price started ticking before any significant buys went through, so may be a bit of delayed activity. Should stir more interest towards interims. C. | cossie
15/3/2001 11:53 | cossie : Why do you say that ? Held up very well recently. p.s Take a look at Interserve( Tilbury Douglas ) excellent results and going into support services. | chester

11/3/2001 16:20 | 2.5% of Sure Power makes these an oddball exposure to FCT. Sure Power use ONSI fuel cells as part of their high availability backup generation systems. HPT are cheap at the moment, with the potential to go higher, they may get a boost when/if there's some corporate action in Sure. Don't expect massive FCT type risers in this though, look elsewhere for that. | shy tott
11/3/2001 00:14 | Small Company Sharewatch , tipped them at 79p in November with a big write up on them in December at 110p. Dil | dil
09/3/2001 18:26 | About time SCSW gave them another mention . Dil | dil
09/3/2001 13:33 | Volatile WSH have impressive growth story - profits up 45% last year and eps up 40%. Guess this is why they have such a high rating (per 41.4). Prefer HPT which has the potentail for a re-rating. Operating margins at HPT are higher 11.5% (wsh 7.9%)and ROCE is also better at HPT. IMO any management capable of pulling-off that cute Sure Power deal will surely be looking for other similar opportunities. HPT have representation world-wide and I reckon its only a matter of time before they close the gap on WSH. | minesapint
09/3/2001 08:52 | minesappint sorry I may have confussed you, wsp is the company, the epic is: wsh | volatile
08/3/2001 16:31 | a few more block buys today. Building up nicely for the next push. :-) | cossie
08/3/2001 14:04 | Investtech confirm chart signals still looking good. See link and enter hpt for confirmation. Link: "Buy Candidate" Has risen 159% since the bottom on 20000310 at 53.50. Is within a rising trend. Continued positive development within the trend channel is indicated. Positive volume balance, i.e. high volume in days of rising prices and low volume in days of falling prices, strengthens the stock further in the short term | minesapint
08/3/2001 11:38 | MM buying 50K | cossie |
