Acquisition of Henry Boot Homes Limited Completed


Further to the announcement of 1 April 2003, Wilson Bowden today confirms the
completion of the acquisition of Henry Boot Homes Limited, the house-building
business of Henry Boot PLC. The disposal of Henry Boot Homes Limited was
approved by Henry Boot PLC's shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting
held this morning.
