Market Purchase by the Company of its Own Shares

 

Notification is given that, pursuant to the authority granted at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 5 October 2023 to make market purchases of the Company's own ordinary shares up to a maximum of 14.99%, a market purchase of 6,734 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company was made on 15 April 2024 at a price of 777.00p per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled. 

 

Following the above purchase, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will be 74,646,543 ordinary shares of 25p each, with voting rights totalling the same. Holders of the Company's ordinary shares are entitled to one vote for every share held. There are 4,257 preference stock units in issue, which do not carry voting rights. No shares are held in Treasury.
