Appointment of a New Director

Henderson High Income Trust plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Preeti Rathi as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2024.

Preeti has been a Senior Investment Director at Investec for over nine years, specialising in the management of bespoke global investment strategies for high net worth private clients, offshore trusts and corporates. She also acts as an adviser to several charities. She was formerly a Director of TIE London Limited and a Discretionary Portfolio Manager at Kleinwort Benson Private Bank.

 

In accordance with paragraphs 6.4.8 (1) to (6) of the UK Listing Rules, it is confirmed that there are no details to be disclosed in relation to Preeti Rathi.
