The definative answer to the above:

They currently employ no currency hedging within the company. Whilst their investment mandate does enable them to hedge foreign currency exposure they have not done so since the company's inception and do not intend to do so in the near future.

Does anyone know if they hedge their currency exposure? I've been through their docs on line and can't find any reference to it - except possibly a mention of derivatives losses?

www.hendersonglobalproperty.com

I see that the divi is now 3.2p per annum (about 5.9% yield) and has been reduced this year.

10% below asset value;

As at the close of business on 22 February 2010 the unaudited net asset value
per share calculated in accordance with IFRS (including current financial year
revenue) was 58.9p

It is a perfect time to buy this stock for a good income and growth. I am trying to find income stocks that are not dependent on the UK economy which is going to take a while to get sorted out.

Cheers Bonnard - Seems so - bought some your a.m. (our evening)and paid no stamp duty - that's usually a sign that divs are paid gross.
