  Helphire Group plc executive share option scheme and the Helphire Group plc
   unapproved executive share option scheme and the Helphire Group  plc 2002
   executive share option scheme (parts one and two) (together the "Schemes")



The Board of Helphire announces an application has been made for the Block
Listing of 900,000 new ordinary shares of 5 pence to be admitted to the Official
List for use in connection with the Schemes. It is expected that such admission
will become effective on 10th October 2003.
