11/4/2024 16:25 | More tr1, Oberon investment took approximately 14 million shares in the ipo | jungmana
11/4/2024 09:55 | 50p here is GBP 60 million market cap. HE1 which made me a lot of money this year went from GBP 7 million market cap to GBP 100 million market cap recently and right now is at about GBP 50 million. 50/60p here is a realistic 6 months target imo | jungmana
11/4/2024 09:47 | For now the company has raised more than enough cash needed for scoping study, drill appraisal well, drill a second appraisal well if they choose to and carry out feasibility studies .Fully funded for all planned works for 2024. | jungmana
11/4/2024 09:24 | About 12 million pounds needed for the production plant .If you raise the money now when you actually don't need it yet you will have to issue 120 million new shares at 10p.Leave it till about end of year when you believe the share price will be significantly higher say 60p . Raise at 50p and you will issue only 24 million shares. Far less dilution. Remember ceo and chairman together own about 12% of shares after recent ipo subscription and won't want to dilute too much. Those who keep saying why didn't they just take all the GBP 22 million available now are missing this.Another option available to them is raise thst money in other ways as made clear in the Crux interview. Bo said thst should not be a problem if they choose that route. | jungmana
11/4/2024 09:11 | This is because they will probably do a placing when the stock is 40-50p on successful resists from the appraisal well. The stock has only just been present on the online trading platforms... I would expect a solid price increase from now leading up to the appraisal well. My target price is 30p Pre drill | porsche888
11/4/2024 07:55 | Good luck to you. Am betting large here by my portfolio size as believe will make good returns. Time will tell. | jungmana
11/4/2024 07:32 | Jung. I know this was pushed hard around the city (I was offered it by two separate brokers) and the deal became 'hot', yet after 2 days trading it so only 10.6p. How is it that something was oversubscribed by 3x (&22m demand, supposedly, yet they only took £7.5m) and the stock is only a little above issue price. It seems to me to be hyped - the Chairman was a failure at He1, and this stock doesn't even have seismic or a scoping study done and haven't even drilled a well. We know that He is in the area, but with The tiny molecule size of He it is all about establishing integrity of seal - so the gas doesn't migrate away. We hsve nonides odnknksing this. | kiplig
10/4/2024 19:26 | An interview done today:Https://youtu. | jungmana
10/4/2024 19:19 | Take 30 mins to listen here ;Https://youtu.be/WP | jungmana
10/4/2024 19:17 | If you listen to their interview on crux you will realise these folks know what they are doing. They could have diluted a lot more by taking the full GBP 22 million offered at the ipo subscription but instead took GBP 7.5 million ( approximately $9 million). That is more than sufficient for the scoping study, and 2 appraisal wells over the next 7 months. Each well costs $2.5 million to drill and carry out ewt.If the share price say rises significantly as expected any raise for the production plant (about $15 million )would be a lot less dilution. In the crux interview they made it clear too that the plant may be funded through alternative means available to them. | jungmana
10/4/2024 18:32 | Can you add some charts please. thanks | johnyee 7
10/4/2024 16:56 | Like all ipo's it will spike and as soon as they drawn down on capital this will fall to probably 5p before rising again on any good news. There will also be a placing or two along the way that will lead to dilution. They only have 7.5ml and that will not be enough to get them to production. | mcpaulas
10/4/2024 11:40 | It's the market cap that's important. £13 million right now with £7.5 million in cash is too low. Especially compared to he1.Fully funded to carry a scoping study this quarter, drill appraisal well in Q3 and option of a second appraisal well.Just costs $ 2.5 million to drill and carry out extended well test in Montana from their interview yesterday.Imo 50p (GBP 60 million market cap) target by Q3 . | jungmana
10/4/2024 11:20 | I'm with ii . Didn't recognize it yesterday. | olly353
10/4/2024 11:08 | It's now available on ii interactive investor | porsche888
10/4/2024 10:51 | *Olly I meant there. Am also I both but now more weighted here. This one has a lot more upside imo.Still some platforms can't trade this but all should be able to by tomorrow. | jungmana |
