Posted at 16/5/2024 10:52 by lord loads of lolly I usually ignore reported buy & sell trades, as they're hopelessly unreliable. The overall share price direction is all that interests me. If there were loads of "traders dumping out now" as blakesmith suggests, the share price would be heading lower. It isn't, so there aren't. |
Posted at 07/5/2024 21:33 by jungmana Just don't sell too early . The rise is just starting and the price here by spud could surprise most. The only reason this was hanging about the ipo price of 10p for 3 weeks was due to the 10 million shares being sold by Hereford and another 5 million seed shares. Once those were cleared by middle of last week, the share price started to rerate. £100 million market cap ( 80p) is possible over next 2 to 3 months imo. As always dyor. |
Posted at 07/5/2024 13:25 by jungmana Another big difference between hex and he1 is that the management here have a lot of skin in the game.Bo Sears secured these leaseholds with his own money in 2022. Took the company public this April owning 8.2% of shares after the listing.David Minchin owns 3.8% .At he1 the entire BOD together own a tiny 0.2% of shares . can dilute he1 as much as they want as have little shareholding.Buy here and sit tight. Imo 50p will be here by spud in early Q3. |
Posted at 03/5/2024 08:36 by kiplig Is the Chairman the same David Minchin who was once CEO of Helium One and oversaw an 80% share price collapse before exiting the building? |
Posted at 25/4/2024 08:38 by sandcrab2 Can the share price be put in the header please? |

Posted at 11/4/2024 09:24 by jungmana About 12 million pounds needed for the production plant .If you raise the money now when you actually don't need it yet you will have to issue 120 million new shares at 10p.Leave it till about end of year when you believe the share price will be significantly higher say 60p . Raise at 50p and you will issue only 24 million shares. Far less dilution. Remember ceo and chairman together own about 12% of shares after recent ipo subscription and won't want to dilute too much. Those who keep saying why didn't they just take all the GBP 22 million available now are missing this.Another option available to them is raise thst money in other ways as made clear in the Crux interview. Bo said thst should not be a problem if they choose that route. |
Posted at 10/4/2024 19:17 by jungmana If you listen to their interview on crux you will realise these folks know what they are doing. They could have diluted a lot more by taking the full GBP 22 million offered at the ipo subscription but instead took GBP 7.5 million ( approximately $9 million). That is more than sufficient for the scoping study, and 2 appraisal wells over the next 7 months. Each well costs $2.5 million to drill and carry out ewt.If the share price say rises significantly as expected any raise for the production plant (about $15 million )would be a lot less dilution. In the crux interview they made it clear too that the plant may be funded through alternative means available to them. |
