Update re. admission of Consideration Shares

HeiQ Plc (LSE: HEIQ), a leading company in materials innovation and hygiene technologies, announces an update regarding the admission of Consideration Shares.

Further to the Company's announcement released on 12 January 2023 (the "Announcement") regarding the completion of the acquisition of Tarn-Pure Holdings Ltd, HeiQ announces that admission of the Consideration Shares to the standard segment of the Official List, and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market ("Admission") are now expected to become effective at 08.00 a.m. on 17 January 2023.

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms shall have the same meaning as set out in the Announcement.
