Does not look as though I was missing anything - Almost looks as
though there may be a sell tip out there or stop losses being
triggered. L2 suggests MM's only prepared to quote in maximum of
1,000 lots. Though marked activity suggests in practice may only be
in lots of 500 if trying to sell.

Anyone got any knowledge of the Coy apart from teh prospectus and
the old article in the Times ?

Sorry for those that bought in June - I was very tempted after the Times article but could not get my head round the revenue stream or scaleabily - let alone comptetitive activity from better funded US companies.

At the moment glad I kept away as still cannot see bagging potential - or am I missing something ?

Nick, I'd agree with all that.

I see the full ask is being paid this morning. Level 2 strong on the bid....total bid 16500 shrs versus a mere 6500 ask and most of that bid is at or close to the tight mid-price.

All the shares issued on the admission date were new issue shares, there were no placement of second hand shares from existing shareholders (such as Ian Walters) as part of the IPO.


Probably no bad thing that he has gone, given that he now heads up a direct competitor: Perpetuus (see post #7 of this thread), although still no sign of a web site for Perpetuss yet.

Shoddy announcement.

A declaration such as this (called a TR1) should state clearly the date of the transaction.

And if the sale did indeed take place upon the "admission" date, this announcement should have been made earlier.
