The rest of the business is growing rapidly - I think they'll be profitable this year and are undervalued like the two last disposals imo.

Although the remaining businesses will be lossmaking since Amaze made 2012 operating profit of 1.7mm vs the whole group only made 1.5mm operating profit.

One-bagger coming imo battlebus - they'll get that £9m earn out I suspect and the remaining two businesses are where the growth is.

Big special divi for shareholders with the cash perhaps?

Sold Amaze for £15.3m cash - that's more than the entire mkt cap of HGV :-) A further possible £9m in deferred payments!

They still have Interactive and The Chase - two fast growing businesses!

Theey sold a business a year ago and wiped out their debt virtually.

How cheap are these? £15m mkt vap, £15m+in cash and two fast growing marketing co's that are porofitable! year imo.

All imo/dyor etc

No doubt a change of momentum is taking place in some parts of the economy - HGV will benefit without doubt. What I like here is the leverage that can be gained by the quality of their customers AND....the relatively few shares available on the open market. Next week looks interesting.

Really like the prospects here. Limited free shares can result in rapid price movements - so let`s hope the optimistic trading update is used as a spring board in the results next month.

Buying opportunity I'd have thought - results in April, I'd expect these to get bought up ahead of then imo.

A few bored an chasing the stuff that's moving fast but these are murder to buy when there's no stock about imo, they won't get back in easily imo.
