Harwood (AIM:HW.), a leading UK based financial planning and discretionary wealth management group, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 October 2017 ("2017 Annual Report and Accounts"), the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders.
