Stanley,
At the minute would haves or could haves are unimportant especially with these dogs.
Nobody knows where these are going and that includes me, you and the TA gurus. My risk threshold is higher than most who frequent these boards, it was only yesterday I saw a relatively safe bet despite the share price more than doubling from the low, today the landscape has changed.
Good luck.

andyagreed, the board is better now that we dont have to listen to onedb basing everything on TA, and people agree its a bet on poo, why pmo though? just waiting on that rns dropping....i have been in and out of enq repeatedly over the last few weeks, would have done better just holding

Stanley,
What dog did you go for?
Oil seems to be looking for direction again, no idea which way it will choose.
They may say that but they don't want to hear the other side of the argument, not that it should be an argument but instead a discussion.
They're not a bad bunch on here, a little blinkered at times.
Good luck.

Whites,
I give up, you have obviously fallen in love with the company, don't understand hedging against toxic debt, can't comprehend the details of the last refinancing so blame ARCM for your misfortune. Rather than playing more chess with a pigeon I'm going to write a strong letter of complaint to the FSA about those pesky shorters so justice is served!
You couldn't give me the address as I can only find one for the FCA whoever they might be.
Good luck.

"most posters are just oil price speculators, who got burned when oil did what oil does after making pmo their vehicle as oil is always higher this time next year"

Whether you hold PMO, TLW, ENQ, HUR, CNE or any of the other small to medium oil companies you are speculating on the oil price. It's not rocket science, anyone who invests in a commodity company needs a good price for that commodity or the share price suffers.

Manics - pics are here - I posted this link on 31st March after following your instructions for imgur

Will do similar with penthouse when we can go back there to put the Sycophantic GIMP back in its box, gotta laugh it has its pocket money All-in on either ENQ or TLW, good luck to the GIMP maybe if it makes a few Bob it’ll not pollute the bbs as much.

Andypop,

You really suggesting that PMO encouraged FRAUDULENT activity.
And encouraged the FRAUDSTERS "ARCM" to build and hide a short,
And also try to suggest that by hiding the FRAUDULENT short but there being a disparity that makes it acceptable?

Crikey, I know you have an agenda but thats akin to saying the stores being looted in the USA are encouraging it by stocking goods of value.
You are so desperate to defend criminal action I do wonder somewhat what drives you.

Oil will be back above $40 very sson and will head on to break $50 very quickly afterwards.

PMO back in the payzone.
PMO hedged much production.

I so hope they have something to create a short squeeze.

I have myself made a pretty packet benefiting from the squeeze that went on over on HMSO...
So nice to see FRAUDSTERS pay for their crimes, and the only way to make ARCM pay is to hit them in the pocket because we know full well SFO or FSA will do naff all.

Something spooked RKH yesterday.. (in a good way, with over 30% gain).

If there's some rumours about Sea-lion I'm surprised it didn't affected us

This on the RKH board....

Time to look at RKH? Decent article on this company and other Falkland plays...

adg: It appears you may have posted your pictures through DM to a specific user, and not in the public domain (the BB). If so, that you came through and delivered makes you better than 98% of ADVFN, imo.

Still, using imgur, you'd have nothing to fear with the EXIF data stripped out and then we could've all seen them, to follow on the debate which, after all, we have all seen.

Have a great day on the markets.

andykeep up the good workall posters will always say they want to hear both sides of the argumentmost posters will eventually attack you, accuse you of being a shill wanting to make them part with their shares or just of being full of doom and gloom when you do somost posters seem to think these boards are for longs or people about to go long, there is another board for pmo shorts apparentlymost posters have not put forward an investment case despite months of attacks on you and your so called motives and ignore the far easier explanationmost posters are just oil price speculators, who got burned when oil did what oil does after making pmo their vehicle as oil is always higher this time next yeargood luck with your punt, i have chosen a different basket case for mine - cue the why are you this boards attacks...

Hoper,
The company is a financial mess, I don't plan on holding for more than a few days even if it means I take a hit, so no I don't see any good things about the business near term. Should it be trading at 30p with oil close to $40? The answer to that is probably no despite the impending financial covenant test, disagreement with its largest single creditor and the massive debt due in under twelve months.

Virtue,
I have never claimed to be smart, investing at 14p with hindsight would have been good but given the situation at the time those sort of bets were for fully signed up members of gamblers anonymous missing out on the thrill of putting their wages on the 3:30 at Chepstow.
I have not ignored the other facts, I asked if any of you knew how much debt had been paid down from cash receipts since the last refinancing, nobody answered, look it up you will be horrified. Production up? Wasn't full year production guidance lowered recently? Great assets, Solan? Catcher has performed above expectations but the reason for the recent shutdown remains a mystery so far as official releases are concerned, Zama The world class discovery that has had a for sale sign up for months with no buyer willing to put in a cheeky bid. Then there is Tolmount set to come online behind schedule supplying gas to an over supplied domestic market, did you get your gas bill through recently? How's your next direct debit payment looking? Experience doesn't always equate to excellence.

adg,
I don't think there could be a positive outcome to the acquisition so far as current shareholders are concerned, oil approaching $40 albeit artificially and the current easing of the lockdown globally did have an influence but let's not kid ourselves that demand will return to anywhere near pre-Covid levels for a very long time.

Stanley,
You would think I had stolen the crown jewels the way some of the more positive posters have reacted.

Good luck all.

If we can just finish above 30 today without those after close sells bringing it back below again it'll be a good day , and put us in good stead to rise up into the oil price rise for the rest of the week , fingers crossed

I’m happy you have taken a punt Andy and also have the balls to publicly say so whilst historically being so negative about the management and the company
I assume the reason for your purchase is the potential of a positive outcome to be deal coupled with oil price outlook being $40+ rather than $30- coupled with apparent Covid 19 outlook being a bit better?

Andy, you are consistent with your doom and gloom posts but hey ho you have decided to take a gamble on this which you should have done when it was 14p if you are smart enough.
What about pmo in admin by July as you claimed not long ago?
What about other facts you have ignored like debt down, production up, great assets, experienced team....
No need to tell us when you have sold a few for a burger at McDonald’s.
Good luck with your gamble.

andypop - I remember you recently said "PMO is a financial mess" and now you call them a "Dog of a company". Surely, having put your money down, you must be seeing some good things?

Virtue,
Do you honestly believe me posting facts about PMO will drive the price down?
The business is not viable, the BoDs treat shareholders with contempt and handed the creditors too much power during the last refinancing.
This is a dog of a company operating in an unpopular sector, just because I've taken a gamble on it my opinion hasn't and will not change.

adg,
Not my battle to fight.

Good luck.
