Good morning Mr Badger, you're up early...! or late..?

btw.. I've just noticed CNE doing well recently... benefits from 30% of Catcher (IIRC) but without as much corporate debt (I think... need to check that).

Here's the interesting thing....
TLW....eps -65pps.....OUCH!
PMO...EPs +24pps

Also look at EPs growth (TLW 42%...PMO 111%)
......and especially price/book where PMO is an unbelievable 0.4 and TLW is over 1.

Not much point in Marve reading this...... he'll be ssssssssstuttttttttteringggggg all night trying to understand itttttttt..........

Low volume day yesterday at just over 2.1MM shares... perhaps the shorters gave up trying to manipulate the market by churning...?

It was one of the lowest volume days we've seen recently.... compare that to the last time we had news.... Zama when there was over 50MM shares traded (as the shorters tried desperately to control any rise).

Note the Brent/WTI premium starting to close a little yesterday, as Brent eased c. 50 ct, but WTI just 20.

Time to get greedy Andy P...........according to the Fool (present company excepted). Much improved outlook Premier Oil (LSE: PMO) is another company whose level of debt has weighed heavily on market sentiment. At a share price of 64p, its market cap is ?329m, while last reported net debt was $2.7bn (?2.1bn). However, Premier?s lenders have remained supportive, net debt is already falling, as the company has become free-cashflow-positive. Furthermore, deleveraging is set to accelerate as its Catcher field comes on-stream. In an update today, the company confirmed that delivery of first oil remains on schedule by the end of the year. City analysts are forecasting a big jump in EPS in 2018 to 21 cents (15.9p), followed by 30 cents (22.7p) for 2019. This gives P/Es of four and 2.8. Again, I believe the rewards could be substantial from the current share price level and I rate the stock a ?buy? at the higher-risk end of the investing spectrum.N a I Sicknote

EXPLODE?????

You will eat those words my dear fellow; not on Durrants watch, his Puppet masters will not stand for any such Shenanigans; Durrant will just sit back and smirk at such mockery and enjoy his comical 1.4m.

And who can fault him eh!

This is doomed to stay within the 60p range for ages yet.

Pleasing to see the bid hold 64.5p. A few sells hit it, in particular those 14k+ shapes.

Small increase in their overall long position (bought outright and through various financial instruments) with voting rights attached.

I would guess the equity swaps are a furthur breakdown of their position held through financial instruments (25,842,796 or 5.027% of their 514,099,049 (5.196%) position held through financial instruments are indeed equity swaps.

Does anyone care to interpret that holdings notice....? I can't make any sense of it...!

Doesn't appear that any thresholds are actually crossed, although it does look as if there's a small increase in holdings.... maybe ;-))
