Marshall Wace etc are really throwing sells at it to keep it at 77p

It isn't just the sells that is costing them but also all the buys they are having to swallow by keep loading up the sell side that buyers are biting into.

If we can end the day at 77p that will actually be a small victory.

POO comfortably over $55 [for now!]

you need to think differently..

the shorts are presenting you with an opportunity to benefit more than if they did not exist...

It's about stopping the shorts now nothing more, company fundamentals in check.

to a large extent it's about changing your "confirmation bias" and "expectations output"

Let's put things into perspective for mainly the immediate gratification crew (aka Droids),

people are having a go at Tony or the Chairman because of dilution and the banks wanting a say in future project costs and allocation of such...

Afren shareholders were 100% diluted out of their position
Gulf Keystone shareholders were 95% diluted out of their position
Enquest shareholders were 40% diluted out of their position
Tullow shareholders were 20% diluted out of their position

Tony Durrant, tut tut at you for diluting us 7.6% out of our position....go sit on the naughty step...

and as for the banks having a say....is that really such a bad thing, maybe, just maybe, going forward it could be a positive.....

it's about dealing with facts, thinking differently, and not being a DROID

Some serious buying going on but frustratingly it seems to be having no impact on the share price

Come on PMO - prove me wrong

I'd be delighted to be wrong and see a rally starting

Looks like 76p is this mornings' line they don't want it to rise above.

This afternoon could be a bit tense if the last few sessions are anything to go by.

bonds tell you all you need to know, and imvho the size of the debt pile will actually (in the long run) work in shareholders favour, Ithaca was bought on the cheap by a risk averse mgt, with relatively speaking low debt levels....the debt level here at the moment is too much to make a bid probable....

thus, we, the shareholders, assuming Oil behaves over the next 1-2 yrs and Catcher delivers, should get the full return that IAE shareholders have been denied...

77p is important support, so watch the closing prices over the next few days.

Maybe you give Marvin9 a little too much credit!
Enquest, Ithaca and Premier are all paying the price for poor project performance on Alma, Stella and Solan respectively.

Mind boggling. The achievement of Marvin's persistent deramping in the past few months!

Getting absolutely smashed and doesn't appear as though there is anything to stop this continuing.

Buying has no impact as it is all being managed via SETS

Have to say, I know I said it would fall back to these levels but must admit, I am shocked how it has fallen back due to nothing more than obvious constant corrupt share price manipulation.

PMO can see the obvious manipulation and to start the ball rolling should lodge a complaint.. But they wont!

As always I fear they will sit back on what they consider a job well done with the added few press releases and the B- grade warrants deal.

Seems like I bought back in a tad to early but heyyyyyyyyyy, I consider it still a bargain buy...... but only if we have the right managers in place or as said they start out of the blocks early and release constant up-dating news.

However, they get a D- for that and needs mega Improvement.
