Interim Dividend Currency Exchange Rate

On 24 August 2023, Harbour announced an interim dividend of $100 million (12 US cents per share) for the half-year ended 30 June 2023 (the "Dividend").
The Dividend will be paid in GBP Sterling on 18 October 2023 to shareholders on the register on 8 September 2023 (the "Record Date"). This announcement confirms the GBP Sterling/US Dollar exchange rate, as at the Record Date, applicable for the Dividend.
